[閱讀]生命信息波-陳鎮國教授

懂得留白就會明白莊子「無用之用是為大用」的意思，知道在靜養中可以蓄積盎然的生命活力，留白的詞意不是虛擲光陰，而是懂得融會貫通，能夠收發進退自如。

調息的時候，透過呼吸可以察覺到潛意識裡的異樣信息波，很自然的我們會自行調整呼吸的節律，使不舒服感消失，使混亂的信息場恢復協調性。

心靈甘美醇厚時自然會有所表現，

心靈空洞混沌時就急於表現，

生活的目的但求提升靈性，

即使言行不愛現，

卻也能隨緣流露動人的生命信息場。

文中有許多蠻好的句子，值得看的一本好書。有上下兩冊，黑、白封面。

ㄧ閃一閃亮晶晶

時間:8/18 6:15 PM

ㄧ如往常，運動完後坐在最喜歡的看台上，遠眺城市，仰望著天空、白雲，
心理有個聲音吶喊著，Holy God,Blessed Virgin Mary, angels, please tell me what should I do

再次看著天空時，看到一閃一閃的，很像電影裡精靈出現身旁會有發光的一點一點的

為了確定時不是眼花，再次眨眨眼，還是有看到。不確定看到的是什麼。是光子嗎?
確實沒有固定的軌跡，但彼此之間並不會相碰觸，時間維持一下下，心裡想著其他事，
卻忘了該好好活在當下。

最近一直餵食心靈糧食，是太飢渴?還是渴望找尋答案? 沒有人知道，人生本來就是課程，
每個人有每個人的進修之路。對，承認自己並非完美，因為害怕痛苦、背叛，就因為這樣的理由，從未體驗過幸福的愛情，越知道自己的缺點，越有勇氣的往前走。不再像過去一樣，躲在舒適的環境。痛苦的確是必經之路，的確，走過了才體會到前人說的至理名言。

如夢一場的人生，該清醒時，即使獨自走也要一步一步堅持的走下去。

[閱讀] 超覺靜坐 - Maharishi Mahesh Yogi

思想之波較語言和行動之波更具行動力
-具有穿透力

只要個人把自己完全交在大自然萬能力量的手中，個人便能獲得充分利用大自然萬能力量的能力

看這本書有點趕，也許下次該再仔細花點時間看，有提到如果真的要學超覺靜坐，必須要有老師指導、點化之類的。

[閱讀] 戴尼提: ㄧ門科學的演進 Dianetics : The Evolution of a Science - L. Ron Hubbard

看了近幾年出版的心靈書籍，後來再看這本書，其實各有利弊。
如果是在2002此書初版時看，也許會看不懂書中到底在說些什麼。
也許書真的會挑讀者，過了10多年才看到這本書。
現在的心靈書籍描寫的更平易近人，回頭看，會比較懂一點書中的意思。

其實，你想看什麼的書自己就會跑到你面前，可是目前我還沒真正體驗到經驗，
很多都是讀者的經驗，只是從文字了解，感覺就是缺少那嚜一點真實性。

很多作者都有提到催眠，可是我還沒遇到真正的機緣，曾經有想去上個前世回朔，
可是還沒有足夠勇氣去嘗試，畢竟在一個團體下，公開自己過去的黑暗面，當下會有點怕，
但是現在邊打字邊想時，如果真的遇到值得信賴的老師，會願意試看看。

快樂女人居家覺醒六法：在淋浴、拖地、洗碗中覺知觀照，找回內心的力量

在電視上看到採訪，覺得這女生好特別，歌聲有種穿透人心，讓人覺得很舒坦。

在書局看到這本書籍，其實就如同作者說的，想跑去山上或其他地方修身養性，

但對現代人來說很不切實際，到不如從平常日常生活中開始修心。

也是大部分心靈書籍常強調的，修練當下的力量，其實說起來很簡單，但真正要做到是需要時間磨練，察覺當下的心情、情緒。活在當下。現在的我來說，還在練習，有時候當下很寧靜，有時候卻因為小事情導致情緒起伏很大。

書上有提到一點，與靈魂家族重聚時的情緒陷阱，就如同我們在世上一直想找到自己這輩子的靈魂伴侶，對這願望太過強烈，太過理想、浪漫化，很容易陷入自己給的圈套中。
